This place is great.
Dennistoun was rated Time Out’s 8th coolest neighbourhood back in 2020. Since then, we have seen loads of cool coffee spots pop up and Daily is one of my favourites. It’s slightly off the beaten track which makes it even more rewarding when you find it.
The coffee shop was started in November 2022 and has been going strong ever since. The team are very friendly and up for a chat. We found out the owner used to live in America and brought his concept coffee bar back home to Glasgow.
I really love the branding. Its cool, clean and fun – I can’t remember what the font reminds me of but theres defo some nostalgia there –
We travelled down after Sprinburn parkrun for a coffee and a cake and were not dissapointed. I tried the almond pain au chocolat. it’s so tasty it should be illegal!
Theres a couple of outdoor tables which are pretty peaceful on a dry day. So if you’re in Dennistoun, and the rains off, head to Daily.
